Where To Find Legendary Bird Moltres In Pokemon Let's Go Location
Follow the route through Victory Road until you find the police officer. Once you find her, take the ladder down that is sitting just to her left. Follow the next area to the right and you will see Moltres sitting atop a small plateau.

Like the other Legendary Birds and Mewtwo, you must first defeat Moltres in battle before you are able to capture it. I one-hit Moltres with my Gyarados Waterfall so it’s not a difficult fight. Once beaten, you can catch it as normal.
