Zapdos is one of the three Legendary Birds from the 1st Generation of Pokemon, those featured in Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue, which is what Pokemon Let’s Go is based around. Zapdos is available in both the Eevee and Pikachu versions of the game, in the exact same space.

Where To Find Legendary Bird Zapdos In Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee & Pikachu

You need to learn one of the Secret Techniques to access the Power Plant location. You need Sea Skim. Once you have the ability to surf with Pikachu or Eevee, head to the Pokemon Center on Route 10. From the Pokemon Center, walk a short distance North to the stream.

Once you are at the stream use Sea Skim to surf and follow the stream all the way around the side of the small island area. Once you reach the end you can jump off, onto land, and you will find yourself standing in front of the Power Station. Head inside and you will find Zapdos at the end of the Power Station area.
