When beginning this quest you’re asked to find Five Mail-Crabs. However, after finding three and spending hours looking for the others, I returned to speak with the NPC and the quest was completed. I definitely didn’t find more than three crabs, but it was enough for the mission to be considered complete. Below is a map showing the location of each of the crabs I found and a brief description on the location.
Where To Find Mail-Crabs In Summer In Mara
Mail-Crab #1
Down by the beach, around the corner from where the boats are docked.
Mail-Crab #2
Found strolling around the bottom of the stairs that lead down to the beach.
Mail-Crab #3
Found in the North Eastern beach, often seen walking around at the waters edge.
Make sure you speak with each of the Crabs once you find them. It may also be a good idea to speak with them more than once, that’s the only thing I can think of that may have let me complete the quest after only locating three of the crabs, or perhaps it was always three. Either way, that’s the location of all of them. They are very common when you unlock the ability to explore the oceans later in the game.
