You will meet a Bard during the story and then, after a lengthy scene in the forest, you will return to the docks and the bard will come with you. He will sit at the docks playing music while you patiently wait, adding additional instruments. Shortly after that, something rather huge happens. You’ll know it when you see it. Once that event has happened, you can return to Queen’s Gate and complete this Ancient Obelisk.
