One such item is the Razor Claw. It is need to evolve a number of Pokemon, including Sneazel. The Razor Claw is a special BP item. BP, it means Battle Points, are special points that you can obtain from the Battle Tower. Unfortunately, you cannot fight in the Battle Tower until you have completed the entire story. That includes all gym badges and then defeating the Champion. Once you have completed the story, you can enter the Battle Tower and earn some BP.
You need 10 Battle Points to buy the Razor Claw. You can find the Razor Claw in the Pokemon Center at Hammerlocke. Enter the Pokemon Center and speak with the challenge employee on the right, wearing the black and white uniform. This is where you can buy the Razor Claw.
