If you venture to the location shown above, a small bridge going over the river. You will encounter a quest. Help the hooded hero fend off the Picts and then follow him. He will take you to another camp, one he says is filled by his merry men.
You can shoot the archery targets in the camp and talk to people there to complete another quest. There’s also a deposit box where you can pledge some silver towards their cause. If you complete both of the quests the group agree to provide you aid in your final battle.
