This house is part of the main story once you return to the village, so you can’t miss it. Once you return to the village you need to head to the Workshop area to the East. There’s a cupboard inside with a combination lock. The solution is simple. Check the window to your right, when standing at the cupboard, and you will see two sets of two numbers outside and one on the window. Just put them together in the correct order to open the cupboard.
Once you’re in, grab the lever. This lets you use the nearby jack to move the Tractor slightly higher so there’s space for you to crawl underneath.
