You can find the lady with the quest here on the map.

Speak with her and she will tell you she got attack by a guy down the road. She will ask you to help her get her necklace back, but you might have to fight for it. She says she will reward you if you do. You can find the guy at the Prawn Shack here on the map.

When you get there and ask about the necklace he will offer to sell it to you. It costs 1000 and if you buy it the woman will give you an invitation to the Volcano Manor.

You can also kill the guy for the necklace but I don’t know if you get the invite that way. She mentions that you could have killed him but didn’t, and that is whyyou got the invite to the manor.
