Where To Find The Unalloyed Gold Needle In Elden Ring

The Unalloyed Gold Needle is not easy to get, but you are welcome to try. Head to the swamp here on the map and there will be a boss.

This boss summons a few extra enemies and he can but the Bloodrot on you. You need to kill the extra enemies first or they will eventually widdle you down. I beat him but kill the extra enemies and then throwing fire at him. He has a massive area of effect attack that can kill you in almost a hit as well.

As you break him down he will spawn extra enemies again. If you can kill them, but if he is low then go for it. Be careful not to roll into the swamp or else that will build up your rot as well. If you can beat him you will get the Unalloyed Gold Needle and you can return to the quest guy at his shack. He will say come back later because he needs time with the needle.
