If you pre ordered or bought a deluxe edition of Monster Hunter Rise, then you have some free DLC items. Check out this guide to find out where to find your DLC items in Monster Hunter Rise. This way you aren’t looking through a ton of menus with no idea where they are.
Where To Find Your DLC Items In Monster Hunter Rise
When you start Monster Hunter Rise, you will have to walk around town and learn about the various stores. After you speak with the Village quest lady, your DLC should pop up on screen but you will have to claim it still. Head to Senri the Mailman near the Elder and talk to the cat. Down near the bottom you will see “Add-on Content”. Click this and it will show you any new items and let you claim your old ones. Click all the items to get them all in your inventory or in your item box.
You get Layered Armor sets, which means you can look different but don’t get any stat bonuses. Head to the item box right across from the mailman and go down to the Layered Armored settings. Here you can change what your armor looks like without changing the stats. Your DLC armor is here and you can start using it right away. From there head to the Buddy Plaza and you can equip the items on your pets as well. Head to the buddy board and you will be able to change the Layered Armor of your buddies as well.
