Travel to the Vordt Of The Boreal Valley Bonfire to start. When you are there, run up the stairs and clear out the enemies. At the top you will see a cathedral that you can enter, do so. Inside there is an old woman at the back you can talk to. She is the leader of the Way Of The Blue covenant and she will ask you if you want to join. She will also give you the Lothric Banner when you talk to her. You don’t have to join if you don’t want to, it doesn’t affect the story. Again you will want to go the Vordt Of The Boreal Valley Bonfire. Go through the big doors that opened up when you defeated Vordt and go to the end of the path.
