There is currently only one main method of unlocking the Tomogunchi in Call of Duty Modern Warfare. However, unfortunately, it requires you to spend real-life cash. It’s disappointing for fans that enjoy free content updates and while it may become free at some point later down the line, currently you have to buy a special watch to unlock your new pet.

You can purchase the watch in-game for 1000 COD Points. Head to the store, once you are inside the game, and select the Tomogunchi. You can purchase the Bundle using the Buy Bundle option for 1000 CP. This gives you a Watch and a bunch of bonus items. Then, simply equip the watch.
