Around these ruins you will eventually hear a howl of a wolf. When you hear that, use the snap and you will hear another growl. This will cause the wolf guy to pop out near the ruins. I found him at the map point above. Talk to him and he will ask you to hunt a guy down named Darriwil and to tell him if you find him.

It is a boss fight but you have this guy with you and he is pretty strong. Fight side by side with him to claim victory and you will be rewarded with a sword and a stone. I’m sure he will pop up again.
