Yooka-Laylee Butterfly Health Extender 1
The first Health Extender can be found on the TribalStack Tropics. You first need to open the extended area of the map with Pagies. Once you’ve done that head to the huge monument, but don’t go in the entrance. Walk up the wooden walkways and then take a right at the top. As you turn the corner at the top look around to the left and you’ll see a moving platform. Enter this area to begin a side-scrolling segment and follow it to the end for the first Health Extender.

The second opportunity to extend your health can be found on the Glitterglaze Glacier map. You must first spend Pagies to extend the map so you can enter the huge castle. Once inside progress through until you reach the area with the Tonic Lady. The Health Extender is on the platforms above. This is only reachable once you’ve killed the boss within the castle which activate the vents and allows you to boost up to the higher platforms.

The third Health Extender is on the MoodyMaze Marsh map, although you have to expand the map before you’re able to collect it. Once you’ve expanded the map you’ll want to head back inside and travel to the new area. Once you get there look for the large wooden structure sitting in some water, it’s where the red Ghost Writer is. Under the water there is Health Extender trapped in some ice. Use the Sonars Splosion ability to free it and pick it up.

The next one can be found on the Capital Cashino map. Firstly you have to find the MollyCool collectible so that you are able to transform into a helicopter. Once transformed head to the middle of the map, the area with the golden water fountain sitting in the water. Directly above that, near the roof, is the Butterfly health extender.

The fifth Butterfly Health Extender can be found on the Galactic Galleon map. You must first expand the map and then re-enter. You want to head to the island that is next to the giant asteroid with the green arrow ramp going inside it. The small nearby island has an entrance on the upper tier. Go inside and head through. Solve the side-ways puzzle at the end and then directly above the Pagie is the Butterfly Health Extender.

I got this last but it is available earlier in the game. Before you actually enter Hivory Towers, head to the ramp just after you leave the Shipwreck area. From the top of the ramp climb up the rocks to find the final Butterfly Health Extender.
