The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild Where To Get Fire Resistance Gear
Before you go off trying to get your Fire Resistance Gear you are going to need a couple of things. You will need 10 Fireproof Lizards and a few Fireproof Elixirs. These can both be found near the Foothill Stable in the Eldin area of the map.
Once you have your Elixirs, start hunting down the Lizards. They can be found on the rocks enjoying the heat. If you have the Stealth gear use that so you can easily job up and grab them. I found quite a few in the warm water area of the map as well. They are all along the path up towards the Goron City as well, but it gets more dangerous the further you go up so try to get them early. When you have all your Lizards and some Elixirs, start heading up the path towards the Goron City. When you get to the first marker, a big wooden sign, that is when you need to pop your Elixir. It is not an easy journey as all sorts of creatures try to stop you along the path. You are working your way up to the mine, here on the map.
When you are at the mine there will be a Human there who has a side quest. Talk to him and accept the quest to collect the lizards for him. Since you already have them, just turn them in and he will hand over the Flamebreaker Armor which will give you Flame Guard and let you travel here without any worry about burning alive. You can buy the rest of the set in Goron city for 2700.
