About an Elf Launching February 10

A point and click fantasy/adventure RPG, Meringue Interactive’s About an Elf will make its way to the Nintendo Switch on February 10.

As one would expect with a title called “About an Elf,” players will follow the story of the elf Princess Dam and her apprentice Roland the BraveCat. The rumored magical, happy place known as Elftopia could pay host to any number of things, and it’s up to this dynamic duo to journey forth for this promised land across four miniature worlds and sixteen mini-dungeons.

This title was dreamed up as an escapist fantasy during the early days of the pandemic. It has been described as “a reflection on the feelings of isolation brought upon by lockdown, but with a hopeful, lighthearted outlook and optimism for the future.”
