Aliens: Fireteam Announced

Inspired by the hit Alien franchise, Cold Iron Studios has announced the cooperative third-person survival shooter Aliens: Fireteam.

In this title, players will be part of a fireteam of hardened marines stationed aboard the USS Endeavor. Five unique classes (Gunner, Demolisher, Technician, Doc, and Recon) can be chosen, and each has their own character perks and special abilities. To make the fight a bit more even, more than 30 weapons and 70 mods/attachments are available.

Each of these soldiers are thrown into a desperate fight to combat the Xenomorph threat. 20 different enemy types, including 11 different Xenomorphs (including Facehuggers and Praetorians) will be included. Players will also be able to experience a story that takes place 23 years after the original Alien trilogy.
