Android 17 Coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ

Dragon Ball FighterZ Android 17 - Gamers Heroes
Bandai Namco announced today that Android 17 will be stepping out of Android 18’s shadow as a playable character in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

When he was first introduced to the Dragon Ball universe, Android 17 was classified as a trouble maker and a reckless anarchist. However, after he died and was brought back to life by the mighty Shenron, he then decided to live a life of obscurity and peace.

You can view a trailer that shows off his less-than-peaceful moves below:

To go alongside this news, the development team announced that starting on September 26, players will be able to unlock new Z Capsule content that ties into Halloween. This Capsule will contain such content as exclusive versions of the lobby characters, Halloween Z Stamps, and alternative Halloween-colored outfits for each of the game’s playable characters.

The game is now available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with the Nintendo Switch version coming September 28. You can read our review of the PlayStation 4 version here.
