Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Dawn of Ragnarök Expansion Coming March 10

The next major expansion for Ubisoft Sofia’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Dawn of Ragnarök, will come out on March 10, 2022.

This expansion is part of Year 2 of post-launch support for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The story will continue the tale of Eivor, who must embrace their destiny as the Norse god of Battle and Wisdom Odin. The dwarven kingdom of Svartalfheim is crumbling, and Odin’s beloved son Baldr has been taken prisoner by Surtr. Players will get the chance to unleash new divine powers as they traverse a mythological world of contrasts.

Tomorrow will also mark the debut of Assassin’s Creed Crossover Stories, which features Eivor and Kassandra. Both stories will be available for free for those that own the respective base games, with one story featuring Eivor and Kassandra in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and one story featuring Kassandra or Alexios in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Note that Dawn of Ragnarök will be available as a separate purchase for $39.99 for all those that own the main game. Those that purchase the game through April 9, 2022 will receive the Twilight Pack and will have immediate access to the items in the main game.
