Atelier Ryza 2 Prologue Movie Released

Catch up on the world of Koei Tecmo’s Atelier Ryza 2 with the prologue movie for the game.

This title once again puts players in the shoes of Reisalin Stout, or Ryza for short. She hails from Kurken Island, and is an alchemist that wishes to change her ordinary life. Her journey from three years ago is explored (which is the basis for the original game), as well as what the future may have in store.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy is a JRPG that features abilities like climbing, swimming, lightning, grappling hooks on trees, and riding monsters, along with crawling and sliding through dungeons and areas.

The ‘Linkage Synthesis’ system from the original title now allows players to fill the Material Loops with the required ingredients to create weapons, tools, and medicine. The ‘Essence’ feature will also give players the chance to alter the elemental trait of an item during synthesis.

The game will come out on January 26, 2021 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
