Back 4 Blood Delayed to October 12

Back 4 Blood Alpha Preview - Brutally Brilliant
The official Back4Blood Twitter account made a statement saying that the title has been delayed to October 12, 2021.

The statement, which can be seen below, mentioned that the team at Turtle Rock Studios needs more time to make the title the best it can possibly be at launch. Though the title will be delayed to October 12, they also mention that there will be an Open Beta this summer.

The latest title from the creators of the Left 4 Dead franchise, Back 4 Blood has players fighting their way through a dynamic, perilous world that is full of the Ridden. Along the way, players will be able to choose from eight customizable Cleaners, one of the immune survivors, and a number of lethal weapons and items.

The title is slated to come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC via Steam. You can read our thoughts about last year’s Closed Alpha for the game here. According to our coverage, “Back 4 Blood is everything Left 4 Dead fans have been waiting for – and then some.”
