The latest game from the creators of Sonic the Hedgehog, Balan Company and Square Enix will release a demo for Balan Wonderworld on January 28.
In this demo, two hours of gameplay can be experienced in its single player and local co-op modes. The demo will feature three of the title’s twelve worlds, with players given the chance to collect Balan Statues in each stage and access hidden Balan’s Bout mini-games. The levels included in the demo are “The Man Who Rages Against the Storm,” “The Boy Who Would be One with the Wind,” and “The Girl and the Kitten.”
Note that the game will be on each platform the full game will come out on, which includes the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, Nintendo Switch, and PC. This demo will be available at midnight Pacific Time on consoles, and at 5pm Pacific Time on Steam.
Set in the mysterious Balan Theatre, Balan Wonderworld follows the story of Leo and Emma. These stars of the show meet a mischievous maestro named Balan, and are given the ability to use special abilities from a variety of different costumes.
The final release will come out on March 26, 2021.
