Battle Features Revealed For Atelier Lydie & Suelle

Atelier Lydie and Suelle - Gamers Heroes
Koei Tecmo has revealed more information regarding the battle features found in Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings.

This game follows the adventures of Lydie and Suelle as they set off on their quest to become skilled alchemists. To do so, these two sisters must traverse majestic landscapes within mysterious paintings that pay host to a number of colorful locations.

To emerge victorious in battle, players can synthesize items for immediate use through Battle Mix and Extra Mix, each opening up a range of strategic options.

Battle Mix focuses on crafting special Battle Recipes that enhance weaponry or change up battle conditions. For instance, players that are facing off against an ice-based enemy could imbue their weapon with fire or even melt away the ice on the battlefield to give themselves an edge.

Extra Mix, on the other hand, utilizes pre-synthesized items – heightening their abilities and even adding new characteristics. In the case of the Bomb item, which can be used to attack a group of enemies during combat, Extra Mix allows for the creation of “the Enormous Bomb,” which has a wider attack radius and a deadlier attack. Experimenting with various ingredients can lead to impressive outcomes, with plenty of different items to match each player’s gameplay preferences.
