Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend Gets Launch Trailer


To mark its launch on the Nintendo Switch, Square Enix has released a launch trailer for Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend.

This collection brings with it The Final Fantasy Legend, Final Fantasy Legend II, and Final Fantasy Legend III. Originally released for the Nintendo Game Boy, these three games will take players through fantasy worlds as they battle monsters, explore towns and unravel classic storylines.

Several quality-of-life adjustments and new features have been included to improve the gameplay experience. Updates include character speed boosts, a retro display mode, adjustable screen magnification, commemorative music and illustrations. A special anniversary song by composer Kenji Ito (Across the “Sa・Ga,”) eight different in-game wallpapers, and the choice to play with either Japanese or English text has also been included.

Finally, players can detach the Joy-Con controllers and hold the console vertically to replicate the Nintendo Game Boy experience.
