Cyberpunk 2077 Delayed to November 19
Originally set to release on September 17, CD PROJEKT RED announced on Twitter today that the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed to November 19, 2020.
In a message from Co-Founder Marcin Iwinski and Head of Studio Adam Badowski, they mention how they will not ship something that is not ready. They mentioned that they wish to make Cyberpunk 2077 a game that will stay with players for years to come, and that they apologize for making fans wait longer.
To add to this, they stated that the title is finished both content and gameplay-wise. Quests, cutscenes, skills, items, and everything else the megalopolis of Night City has to offer is all there, but they wish to properly go through everything. This includes balancing game mechanics, fixing bugs, and ironing out other things in its world.

In Cyberpunk 2077, the choices players make shape the story and the world around you. Players will take on the role of an urban mercenary that is equipped with cybernetic enhancements, and will set out to build their legend on the streets of Night City.
Note that journalists are starting to independently play the title, and will have impressions up on June 25, 2020. The final release will initially launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.
