Darkest Dungeon II Early Access Trailer Released

Ahead of its Early Access period next week, discover what Red Hook Studios’ roguelike road trip will look like with the latest trailer for Darkest Dungeon II.

In this title, players are tasked with forming a party, equipping their stagecoach, and setting off across a decaying landscape to avert the apocalypse. With each run taking less than five hours, players will progress and open up new hero abilities, items, and stagecoach upgrades that can then be used on their next adventure. Players will also have to manage their parties’ stress and relationships with different diversions and delights.

The narration system and voice actor Wayne June will make their return, while the art style has seen a stylish and dynamic evolution. Finally, improvements to the turn-based combat of the original have been made.

The game will enter Early Access on October 26 for the PC via the Epic Games Store.
