Dauntless Wild Thunder Update Now Available


The world of Phoenix Labs and Iron Galaxy’s action title Dauntless sees its Wild Thunder update today.

As part of update 1.7.0, new craftable gear known as Omnicells has been included. A wide range of build options allows players to strategize around their own preferred play style and prep for select encounters.

Slayers will also be able to battle their way to new variations of keystone Behemoths with Heroic Escalations. With one available each week, these foes will feature updated combos and moves and can dish out elemental crowns upon defeat.

The Galvanized cell in the game grants players an increased critical strike chance that is based on the amount of shield stacks one has. Note that at higher ranks, it will also grants increased critical strike damage. For every 150 / 125 / 100 / 85 / 70 / 50 shields, one will be able to gain +1% bonus critical strike chance. Meanwhile, Ranks 4 through 6 also gain 5 / 10 / 15% critical strike damage.

The Wild Thunder Hunt Pass will allow players to unlock the styles of the Ostian Hinterlands Rangers. Sworn to protect the settlers abandoned by Ostigaard’s Imperial Triumvirate, a returning threat forces them to seek aid from the exiled Admiral Zai.

Finally, the Reward Cache is being updated with a brand new set of armor that is based on the Ostian Hinterwilds. New weapon skins will also make their appearance.
