The team at Dambuster Studios and Deep Silver have released an extended gameplay trailer for Dead Island 2.
Set a few months after the events of the original Dead Island, Dead Island 2 features a California that has been turned into a full quarantine restricted zone by the US Government. Locales include the Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood, and many different San Francisco locales.

The “rage” and crafting systems from the original Dead Island will make their return, along with the inclusion of different combat mechanics.
The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 21.
