The first new Disgaea game in six years, Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny tells the story of the Netherworld zombie Zed, who is looking to rise up and destroy a god. New to this title is its Super Reincarnation mechanic that supersedes even death, 3D visuals, and adjustable gameplay settings. In true Disgaea fashion, players can reach Level 99,999,999, and deal more than 10,000,000,000,000,000 damage.
Sales-wise, the title sold 39,312 copies within its first week of release in Japan.
