Learn more about how the pulse-pounding soundtrack of id Software and Bethesda Softworks’ DOOM Eternal came to be with the latest behind the scenes video for the game.

Composer Mick Gordon will make his return to the DOOM franchise, and he brings with him the DOOM Eternal Heavy Metal Choir. All sharing a love for all things DOOM, this group features Sven De Caluwe (Aborted), Tony Campos (Ministry; Static X), Linzey Rae (The Anchor), and others. These different artists have come together to sing an ancient and mysterious language that dates back to the Slayer’s origins.

For those looking for more action, DOOM Eternal Creative Director Hugo Martin stated that there will be twice as many demon types compared to the 2016 original. Returning enemies include the Pain Elemental, Arachnotron, and Archvile, and new ones like the Marauder and Doom Hunter will also make their debut.

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on March 20, 2020. The Nintendo Switch version will release at a later date.
