DOOM Gets a Release Date, Collector’s Edition

The brutal DOOM series is due to come back soon with “DOOM,” the latest entry in the time-honored FPS line. How soon? Read on to find out.

A collaborative effort by Bethesda Softworks and iD Software, DOOM retains the deathmatch mode, relentless demons, destructive guns, and fast, fluid movement the series is known for. The title is due out on May 13, 2016 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The game will also get a Collector’s Edition that includes a 12” tall statue of the Revenant and a metal case. This edition retails for $119.99.
