Dying Light 2 Delayed to February 4, 2022

Originally set to release on December 7 this year, Techland Games announced today that Dying Light 2 Stay Human will now be released on February 4, 2022.

Techland CEO Pawel Marchewka released a statement today regarding the delay. He mentioned that this title is the biggest and most ambitious game the studio has done to date. In an effort to maintain transparency, he stated that the delay was made to make sure they create the game to the level they have envisioned.

However, he said that a number of preview events for press and content creators will occur next month that will give players a closer look at The City. Major news about the title will also be released later this month.

You can read the statement below:

In this title, players must choose which side they want to take as they set out to write their own story. The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
