EA Sports PGA Tour Patch 7.0 Now Available

Patch 7.0 for EA Sports PGA Tour is now available, bringing with it Season 6 and the Ryder Cup.

Those that enter EA Sports PGA Tour will be able to choose between team USA or Europe, which impacts a number of different aspects of their journey. Choose carefully though; team choices will remain in effect throughout the entire season. No matter what one chooses, the Ryder Cup theme music will play, and the UI and background will reflect their chosen theme.

Also part of this update is the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, alongside Kiawah Island, Oak Hill, The Country Club, and Whistling Straits.

Also obtainable as part of this update is the “MultiVerse” gear set for either team USA or Europe. Those that complete the Pro Pass can earn themselves Scottie Scheffler’s Ball Spec in the free tier. Meanwhile, those in the premium tier can unlock the new Titleist SM9 Custom Team USA or Europe Wedge.

Much like the previous season, tokens can be earned that level up the Pro Pass through live Quests, Ryder Cup Challenges, and rounds played Online, Tournaments, and Career modes New Quest types have also been added to reward player participation in Ryder Cup formats, which include Match Play, Foursomes, and Four-Ball.
