Fall Guys Going Medieval in Season 2

Making its debut today at Gamescom 2020’s Opening Night Live, the next season of Mediatonic Games and Devolver Digital’s Fall Guys will feature a medieval motif.

Joe, the Lead Game Designer for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, recently took to video to thank the fans for their fan art, memes, and montages that have been posted on social media. He goes on to say that he wanted to provide a sneak peek at the rounds and costumes coming to Season 2 of the game.

In it, players dress their Fall Guy up as a medieval hero, and Rounds will take inspiration from quests set in the Middle Ages. Included in this update are “feudal fortresses, knockout knights, and pugilistic paladins.”

Fall Guys – Season 2 Sneak Peek

Set up as a game show, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has players competing in a number of Shows to proceed to the next round and get the Crown. Starting at 60 players, the number of characters slowly dwindles down until 59 are eliminated and once becomes the victor.

The game is now available for the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam. You can read our review here (we gave it a 75/100).
