Square-Enix announced today that patch 4.25 for Final Fantasy XIV online will come out on March 13, 2018.
Included in this patch is the Forbidden Land of Eureka. This region will feature new battle elements that will challenge player, all of which are crucial to obtaining powerful new weapons. Up to 144 players may occupy a single instance, and all players are encouraged to group up with fellow adventurers to hunt notorious monsters and work towards common goals.Players can earn protean crystals through exploration, and may use them to enhance Eureka weapons and gear with the help of the blacksmith Gerolt.
This content update will also bring the latest chapter in the adventures of Hildibrand, the inspector extraordinaire.
