Forspoken TGS Trailer Released

The team at Luminous Productions and Square Enix released a new trailer for their action RPG Forspoken at the Tokyo Game Show.

This title puts the focus on the young woman Frey Holland, who gets transported from New York to the fantasy world of Athia. However, this land is under the rule of the Tantis, and it’s up to Frey, her sentient bracelet Cuff, the archivist Johedy, and Auden to go out and save the day.

Taking advantage of the graphical capabilities of the PlayStation 5, this narrative-driven adventure places a focus on terrain traversal speed and fluidity. Players can earn experience points along the way, craft new items, and use a number of different magical spells.

The game will come out for the PlayStation 5 and PC on January 24.
