The team at TheGameCreators have announced the launch of Version 1.0 of GameGuru MAX.
This release supports FPS, RPG, and Puzzle genres game development and VR game creation.
Also included are additional player features, including swimming and stealth gameplay for each genre. The team has also increased the number of demo games in the hub to 18.
Feedback from the community has led to the implementation of screen space ambient occlusion, parallax occlusion mapping, and texture animation. This is paired with a new HUD Screen Editor for the Storyboard, built-in tools for creating particles and buildings, terrain height map importing, and an asset marketplace.
