Games with Gold for April 2021 Announced


Xbox gamers will be able to download Vikings: Wolves of Midgard, Truck Racing Championship, Dark Void, and Hard Corps: Uprising as part of the April 2021 Games With Gold lineup.

Available the entire month of April, Vikings: Wolves of Midgard will transport players to the mythological world of Midgard. As part of a band of Viking warriors, players will contend with Jotan and the beasts of Ragnarok. Weaponry includes a sword and shield, two-handed hammers, axes, and bows.

Truck Racing Championship will put players behind the wheel of 45 different vehicles in 14 worldwide circuits. All of the unique challenges of the European Truck Racing Championship will be included. The title will be available from April 16 to May 15.

The third title to be released as part of this month’s Games With Gold program, Dark Void pays host to a sinister parallel world filled to the brim with mystery and hostile aliens. Players will be able to utilize ground-based combat and jetpack powered dogfights when it becomes available from April 1 to April 15.

Finally, Hard Corps: Uprising is a retro run-and-gun action title that has players assuming the role of the elite soldier Bahamut. This prequel to the original Contra can be yours from April 16 to April 30.
