God of War Workout Makes Mortals Into Gods

God of War Workout Makes Mortals Into Gods
How does one become a god? Ask Brandon White: this diehard God of War recently channeled Kratos in a series of live-action ads for God of War: Ascension. His chiseled physique is not completely out of the reach of mere mortals – if you’re willing to work for it.

Featured in the April 2013 issue of Muscle & Fitness Magazine, personal trainer Brandon White details the four-week regimen he went through to train for Sony’s casting call. Part weight, part cardio, this six-day body-part split calls for two-plus hours of training every day for a month. Those who can master the military presses and deadlifts will be blessed with muscle separation worthy of the gods themselves.

    1. Hey Steven! I’ve contacted Casey to see if he can supply his original source. Terribly sorry about the quality here. We use a Plugin called NGGallery and it just wouldn’t play nice with this post.

We’ll help you if we can! 😀
