Holiday Themed Events Coming to Mortal Kombat 11


To ring in the holiday season, a number of new holiday themed, in-game events are coming to WB Games and NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat 11 .

From December 22-27, “Winter Wonderland” will include three Towers with holiday-themed modifiers. Players will be able to see for themselves Exploding Snowmen, Sledding Tarkatans,Killer Kanes, Parachuting Ginger Deadmen, Christmas Trees, Menorahs, Dreidels and even Shooting Stars.

After that is over, players will be able to jump into the New Year Tower event, happening from December 28 through January 2. This will also feature three Towers, and will include party-themed modifiers like Champagne Bottles, Party Poppers, a Disco Ball, Fireworks and a Digital Countdown Clock.

Note that the seasonal ranked mode Kombat League is currently in its sixth season. Dubbed the “Season of Konquest,” it is available from now through January 7. For those looking for the next big thing, the next season of Kombat League will begin on January 14.
