Introducing Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada’s Castle Town

Samurai Warriors Spirit of Sanada - Gamers Heroes
Set in Sengoku Era Japan, Koei Tecmo’s Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada introduces a unique dynamic in the form of its Castle Town.

Castle Town serves as a base of operations. Officers and townspeople that reside in the town can offer a deeper insight into their daily lives, and some also offer missions. Harbored in the town is a Blacksmith (which can improve and upgrade weapons), Stables (where horses can be purchased for missions), Shops (which sell items that replenish an Officer’s energy), a Teahouse (where Warriors can exchange gifts), and a Dojo (where you can learn new skills).

By playing mini games, players can accrue materials and use them across the town’s facilities. One can plant seeds and harvest ingredients in the Hoeing mini-game, fish for different breeds of fish, or play the Jinzō shell game.

Below is a trailer showing off what Castle Town has to offer:

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4 and PC on May 23, 2017.
