East meets west with The Legend of Korra, an adaptation of the Nickelodeon-fueled show by the Japanese studio PlatinumGames. With the season finale of this anime-inspired series come and gone, fans are looking for their next Pro-Bending fix can salivate over these hot new screenshots.
Taking place between Books 2 and 3 of the TV program, The Legend of Korra is a third-person action game right at home with the studio’s other titles. The aforementioned Pro-Bending will also make an appearance, a sport that pits two teams of three players each use the elemental forces of nature to seize territory and push one another off a floating battlefield. Expect plenty of elemental battles, cel-shaded visuals, and PlatinumGames’ trademark “over-the-top” gameplay.
