Like a Dragon: Ishin! Coming Stateside February 21

Players will be able to step into the shoes of Sakamoto Ryoma with the release of Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and SEGA’s Like a Dragon: Ishin!

A spinoff game of the Yakuza series, Like a Dragon: Ishin! Will transport players to the chaotic Bakumatsu phase of the Late Edo Period. After his mentor is murdered, Ryoma assumes a hidden identity in the streets of Kyoto and joins the grim Shinsengumi.

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Windows Store and Steam on February 21. Those that pre-order the game can get themselves the Kijinmaru Kunishige (a dark sword with a white hilt), the Tsuyano Usukurenai (a sword soaked in blood), and the Black Ship Cannon (a cannon taken from Western ships).
