Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth Launching May 10

A free-to-play RPG based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings and Hobbit works, EA and Capital Games’ The Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth mobile game will launch on May 10.

In this title, a New Ring has been discovered in Middle-earth that can rewrite history, with elves, wizards, and hobbits joining together.

Gameplay tasks players with building teams of fantasy characters from the series, including Frodo Baggins and Samwise Gamgee. Players will also be able to explore factions of Middle-earth that have never been seen.

Both PvP and Story are available in this turn-based strategy game, with Squad battles available to tackle the warfront or challenge other rival guilds.
