Mafia: Trilogy Announced

Players will be able to live the life of a gangster across three distinct eras of organized crime in America when 2K Games’ Mafia: Trilogy makes its return.

The original Mafia game was set during the prohibition years of the 1930s, and had players taking on the role of Thomas “Tommy” Angelo. The Salieri family soon recruits Tommy to his organization as an associate as they wage war on the Morello family.

Mafia II features war veteran Vito Scaletta, who quickly becomes caught up with the Mafia when he sets out to pay back his father’s debts. Set in the 1940s–early 1950s era of Empire Bay, players will climb through the different ranks of the Mafia crime families along the way.

Mafia III features Vietnam War veteran Lincoln Clay, who sets out on a quest to seek revenge for his adopted family that was murdered by local mobs. Set in 1968 New Bordeaux, the title features cars straight from the era that feature realistic driving mechanics and sounds.
