For longtime fans of the series, Mortal Kombat 1 features a story mode set after the events of Mortal Kombat 11, online multiplayer with rollback netcode, and offline gameplay.
Guest characters slated for the game include Invincible’s Omni-Man, DC Comics’ Peacemaker, and The Boys’ Homelander.

The game will come out for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 14 for those who purchased the Kollector’s Edition and Premium Edition. Those that purchased the Standard Edition will be able to play the title September 19.
