Mortal Kombat Epic New Trailer Fuels Pure Nostalgia

Those of us old enough to remember the original, and now iconic, 1993 Mortal Kombat advert got a pleasant surprise today as Warner Bros. Games debuted a new live-action trailer for Mortal Kombat 1, featuring Actor and producer Dave Bautista.

Titled, It’s In Our Blood, the new trailer pays homage to the “Mortal Monday” commercial that appeared on TV screens 30 years ago. Video-games at the time were still very much a fringe hobby, so seeing Mortal Kombat advertised on TV was pretty awesome.
