NEO: The World Ends with You Launching July 27

Get ready to enter the Reaper’s Game when Square Enix’s NEO: The World Ends with You launches on July 27, 2021.

Featuring an anime-style version of Shibuya, this title puts players in the shoes of Rindo, leader of the Wicked Twisters. Finding himself in a battle to win the “Reapers’ Game, he must team up with characters like Fret and Nagi, Koki Kariya, and Sho Minamimototo to survive.

Gameplay has players collecting badges to gain psych abilities to take on foes in action battles. Tying everything together is both an amped-up soundtrack by Takeharu Ishimoto (who composed the original game) and an intriguing, stylish story. It is the first game in the series to feature 3D graphics.
