New Monster Hunter: World Trailer Reveals DLC Details & Elder Dragons


Capcom today revealed an exciting new trailer for Monster Hunter: World during a livestream from their Japanese studio. The new trailer introduces the Elder Dragons of Monster Hunter: World, including some familiar faces alongside terrifying new foes.

Additionally the team confirmed the final beta event planned for the PlayStation 4. It will run from January 18th through January 22nd. The previous quests, including Great Jagras, Anjanath and Barroth, will all be present in the final beta event alongside the opportunity to come toe to toe with the flagship monster of Monster Hunter: World, Nergigante.

Lastly, Capcom confirmed plans for long-term, post-launch support of Monster Hunter: World with regular content updates alongside free major updates. Spring 2018 will see the release of Deviljha and mark the games first large-scale update following launch.

Monster Hunter: World launches worldwide on January 26th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a PC release planned in Autumn of 2018.
