New World: Rise of the Angry Earth Now Available

The first paid expansion for Amazon Games’ open world role-playing game, New World: Rise of the Angry Earth is now available.

Taking place in the southeastern tip of Aeternum (previously called First Light), this area has fallen by the fury of Artemis and the Angry Earth. To make matters worse, a deadly barrier is keeping people away, and the mighty Beast Lords have awakened.

Coinciding with New World’s second anniversary, New World: Rise of the Angry Earth brings with it the inclusion of mounts, which give players the chance to summon and master horses, dire wolves, and lions for faster travel.

Progression-wise, New World: Rise of the Angry Earth now features an increased level cap to level 65 and Gear Score to 700. Also included is new gear rarity, a transformed Zone, the flail one-handed weapon, and the Heartrune ability.

Open to players level 60 and above, a new end-game Expedition awaits. In it, players will be able to track down the primordial Beast Lords in search of new high-level rewards.
